I was watching the Deep Flow portion on February 5 11:00 - 11:30 session and it was about a 5 second delay... What caused that? Was the compression rate too high or low...?

City of Annapolis's Memorial 5K Race/1K Fun Race/Walk
to honor Jogging Joe Shafran

The Registration Form can be found at www.annapolis.gov
Look under "Announcements" - The First Annual Memorial Race for Joe Shafran- Jogging Joe
There is also a WAIVER that needs to be signed and returned by mail, along with the registration form and the registration fee. All pre-registrants will receive a Jogging Joe T-shirt, and the first 20 runners who cross the finish line will be given a commemorative 1 LB. running weight.

The proceeds from the race are to be used for Annapolis City's "Rock for Youth", which provides scholarships for inner city young people who would not otherwise be able to attend college.

Thank you for participating in the first annual race in Jogging Joe's memory. We all hope to see as many of you there as possible - to support the scholarship fund - and as Jogging Joe would say, "to keep fit and healthy".

Sincerely,

Jogging Joe's Family
